Our Volunteer Process

Each volunteer must complete the Volunteer Application Form and submit it to CYEP by mail or fax. Once the application is received, a CYEP staff member will contact you to schedule an interview.

Acceptance into CYEP’s training programs is based on the completion of the application, an initial interview, reference checks, a criminal background check, and a final panel interview. These steps ensure the safety and well-being of both volunteers and program participants.
