Reggie Morris is a 2008 graduate of Hampton University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management and a 2013 graduate of Virginia Tech with a Master's degree in Career and Technical Education.

A native of Gloucester, VA, Reggie currently serves as the Workforce Development Director, Communications Director, and Career Coach for Capital Youth Empowerment Program, located in Alexandria, VA.

Relying on his experience and passion for community engagement, Reggie works tirelessly to uplift and positively impact those he serves. As a lifelong 4-H member and volunteer, Reggie strives to embody the 4-H motto "To Make the Best Better" in everything he does. Reggie is a proud husband to Nautice and father of Reggie Jr. and Kamdyn.
